Obama the new Messiah? Luigi’s back!

 I am glad to be back. After a long time off and a lot on my mind I am back in the saddle and ready to unleash once again.

  After last weeks Democratic National Convention I have come to realize that just as the bible predicted the Messiah will return. This time he has returned as the presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama. The Messiah has returned as the prophecies have predicted.

  The platform that was set for Obama was elaborate. The huge columns and elaborate staging and all the window dressing was way over the top for an ordinary candidate- but not for the new Messiah. The only thing missing was the angels descending down playing harps over his head.

  Who anointed this guy the new Messiah? The liberal media that’s who. Why because they are liberal and want to persuade as many people as they can that he (Obama) is the greatest thing since sliced bread. That he is going to change America for the better and bring the U.S back to great status in the eyes of the world.

  What makes this man so irresistible to people? Well he speaks great. He and capture a crowd and have them listening on the edge of their seats. The only problem is that if he goes off his script he is lost.

  Now I am one for change. I wish we had a third choice in the election. I am not thrilled with either one of the candidates. But as with other elections you try to pick the one that would do the least amount of damage.

  Barack Hussein Obama would be a disaster for this country. The media is so biased in his favor that they just keep on pushing and promoting him as much as they can.

  I cannot imagine a Democrat’s controlling all of the government.

  Some people will think that's great and say things will get done if this happens since Bush has been so bad of a President. But the real issue is the Democrat’s have controlled Congress and the Senate for almost 2 years and they have a worst approval rating than Bush. Since they have been in office the gas prices have soared, unemployment has risen and the housing market has fallen apart. This is not all their faults but they have not passed or a single bill or done a thing to help the situation.

  It seems that America has never done anything or cannot do anything without Obama. In fact on the night that Barack Obama clinched the Democrat nomination he was in St. Paul, Minnesota - there to deliver this absolute gem of a quote:

  "I am absolutely certain that generations from now we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick.  This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal."

  Isn't that amazing?  Not until Barack "The Messiah" Obama signed up that last delegate did this country do anything to care for sick people. Medicare and Medicaid have existed on paper only ... certainly not in reality.  What's more ... a signal has now been sent to the oceans to recede and a great glob of Neosporin has now been spread across our planet.  Does this man believe his own bull?  We can only hope not.

  By the way ... I'm still waiting for someone to point out one single Obama legislative accomplishment.

  The media will not question him, his character, his positions or anything that might portray him in a negative light.

  But on the flip side the media will crucify the Republicans. When John McCain announced his VP pick Sarah Phalen the media went nuts. They are entitled to go after her in all ways to go over her record and her political issues. But they attacked her family and her morals, which is way off base.

  I happen to like her. I think she is not a typical Washington person. She runs a state that controls many of our natural resources and seems to have been doing a good job. She took on her own party as well as the other party on reform and issues. But because she is a woman the liberal media was asking how can she be a good mother and vice president? Did they ask Obama how could he be a good dad and president? They have insulted woman and people like me with that line of questioning. They attacked her morals because she decided to keep a baby she knew had Down syndrome instead of aborting. They attacked her 17-year-old daughter who is pregnant and not married. Why? Are all families perfect? The liberals were fine when Monica was under Bill’s desk and they said that was a personal issue. In fact US Magazine whose publisher is a contributor to Obama’s campaign ran a cover story on Obama and his wife with the title Why Barrack Loves His Wife. The following week they have a picture of Sarah Phalen holding her newborn baby with the title Babies Lies and Scandals. I would like to know what scandal and what lie?

  And people say the mainstream media is not slanted?

  One last thing if Obama’s middle name is Hussein and has been Hussein since his birth why is he not using it? What is he ashamed of? I’ll save that for another day.
