Luigi inside scoop on Sanjaya-gate
(by Luigi Luciano - April 05, 2007)
There are so many issues that are going on in this world, from the war in to the Democrats try to stop funding for the war - it is a mess.
Then we have the Imam clerics suing the people that reported what looked to be suspicious activity before they were thrown off the plane. Of course there is still news about Anna Nicole as well.
With all the crazy stuff going on and driving me nuts there is something even worse. Why is Sanjaya still on American Idol? Maybe by the time you read this he will be voted off but as of this writing he is still a contender.
How can this be? He clearly has no voice; he is the only guy I know to do the Hula (at least publicly) and has to go with crazy hair styles to get a reaction.
This guy is just not Idol material.
I like to watch the show. For those of you who have never joined the 30 million people who do, I urge you to at least once pop it on the tube and watch the competition. I enjoy it because I like seeing young kids who have talent have the opportunity to really make it big: from average people to superstars over night. They become household names like Kelly Clarkston, Rubin Studdard, Chris Daughtry and of course Clay Akin. These kids might have never had the chance to become famous if not for Idol.
Why has this show become such a hit to the extent it is? Not many TV executives can figure it out. Other shows have tried and failed and some like Dancing with the Stars succeed recruiting stars that are already known to bring in the audience.
What has been the secret of the show? . The people decided who they thought was the best singer in the group. We also like to watch the failures that try out for the show. The people who really think they can sing but sound like they have been wounded and are suffering. That is the best part of the show.
So if has gotten it right for about 5 years or at least close to right in choosing the best singer, how does Sanjaya still remain?
I know what the answer is and I will reveal it to you. People try to blame the website ‘vote for the worst’ or the people who keep calling over and over to try to get as many votes for Sanjaya as they can.
I have the truth. Through my protected sources in the newspaper industry I have found out that there is only one person to blame for Sanjaya still being on. George W. Bush. You may laugh, but as a man that has the power to invoke the most powerful hurricanes on
New Orleans
; you can’t put anything past him.
My sources tell me how he has gotten Sanjaya to stay and what he hopes to accomplish by getting him closer to the winners circle.
George W. Bush has the ability to tap into the AT&T wireless network and force callers to press Sanjaya’s two digit numbers. As he did with tapping into the phones of Americans he has the same ability to tap into the wireless network without us knowing and no matter what numbers you punch in they can be changed to Sanjaya’s. It is a disgrace that a president would abuse his power by doing this. I thought it was bad enough when he tapped the phones to catch the terrorists without letting them know he was doing it so they could use another phone.
This is no different. It is a disgrace. I am going to write to the Democratic leadership and inform them that that there needs to be another investigation into the illegal actives of this administration.
You might ask why a president would go to this extent to have a horrible singer win American Idol. My sources tell me that if Sanjay can win or at east come close this would help the president win the war and have the troops pull out almost immediately.
How can this be I said to my source. But once I heard the plan I see the genius in it. If Sanjaya were to win he would be able to record an album. The President would instruct the generals on the ground to blast the ‘music’ of Sanjaya through all of . This would undoubtedly force the people to flee the country. He would also have the Iraqi national TV station repeatedly play the video of Sanjaya doing the Hula dance ensuring victory is at hand and our troops would come home soon.
Brilliance pure brilliance!
